This past year has been a total bliss. I moved from Paris to Madrid after 8 years living in France, my boyfriend and I get new jobs and we are lucky enough to live now in a bigger and beautiful apartement.
I'm more than thankful for everything that the year 2016 has offered to me. During all these past months I've tested many different beauty novelties, but if I close my eyes the products that I used almost all the days whithout any doubt were these 12.

Too Faced Hangover Replenishing Face PrimerIn the past I have never used face primers, because I had very bad experiences. The ones that I used where made with silicone and tend to ruin my makeup. After rubbing them a little bit I started to have flaky skin and tiny little balls appeared. All the skincare, primer and foundation together were like oil and water, they didn't melted well together. So for a long time, I've been avoiding primers and only used good pre-makeup moisturizers as Ebryolisse or Charlotte Tilbury Magic Cream.
Too Faced Hangover Primer, made me change my mind, this one is very pleasant to apply before any makeup. Its formula absorbs very quickly and leaves a fantastic sensation of comfort and moisture. It is also good when you are having a bad period (lack of sleep, fatigue...) and your skin needs an extra boost of elasticity to make your face look fresher. Its formula doesn't contains parabens, silicone and it's vegan friendly. A cure to hydrate and brighten the skin made of coconut water and probiotics.
CHANEL Les Beiges Healthy Glow Foundation SPF 25
This foundation is the one that I used the most all year round. I basically try every day to make an effort and reach one of my other foundations, but I'm just in love with this stuff. I bought it in February 2016 and it's almost finished and that is very rare for me, because foundations live in my vanity drawers for more than a year. What I like about this one it's the fact that its formula is the perfect balance of ingredients, not too oily and not to dry. Your skin will be dewy but with a slightly matte finish. This foundation made me a convert to semi matte foundations. Before, I was obsessed with radiance and being glowy, I was afraid of dry cakey finishes, but this foundation will surprise you. Paris Berlin La Poudre High Tech
I've known this brand for years, when I used to work as a PR for a beauty company, all the french makeup artists recommended to me Paris Berlin. Their products are made for professional use and if you have the chance to go to Paris and you love makeup, go visit their store, they sell interesting products and many items for special effects, halloween, etc.
To choose a good powder isn't easy, it's a necessary step to set your foundation and concealer, but anyone want to look dry or cakey. La Poudre High Tech is a loose powder and although it's a little bit messy to pick up the product, the result on your skin it's absolutely gorgeous. Your face will look like polished alabaster, your pores will also seem diminished and the incredible thing it's that I don't have to retouch my makeup during the day as often as I do with other powders. It was made to look good on HD cameras, I don't own for the moment one of these, even though I'm earning as much as I can to get one, but I can tell that the beautiful finish it's visible to the naked-eye.

I'm obsessed with this bronzer, it's just the best that I have ever tried. It has a matte finish, so you can wear it during all year, because I find that shimmering ones are best for summer, as they not look so natural and elegant during the colder months. It's perfect to warm up your face and even contour. And its smell, can we talk about the cocoa fragrance that it has? A delicious chocolate scent that puts me in a good mood when I have bad mornings.
Milani Powder Blush 01 Romantic Rose
My grandmother always give me amazing advices and sometimes, some easy beauty tricks. When I was little, she always pinched my cheeks and hers to look fresh before going to an event or a party. For me, this blush recreates this healthy colour, the same as people who live in the countryside with a healthy lifestyle have. This shade could be described as an old rose and it has a matte finish.

Estée Lauder Double Wear Stay-in-Place Flawless Wear Concealer SPF10
This is my most-loved one of my whole collection. It is full coverage, the formula is thick, but blends into the skin easily, it doesn´t crease during the day and it has an SPF of 10. I personally think that it's a great idea to include sunscreen into a product like this, because the under eye skin is very thin and fragile. It is one of these parts where the wrinkles appear first and it´s brilliant to have thought about anti-ageing skin prevention. The formula has a matte finish but it doesn't make your skin look dry. It is very long lasting if you apply powder

This creamy eyeshadow can be used as a base before applying powder eyeshadows. It makes them last longer and help oily eyelids to stay matte avoiding all the crazy creasing. Used on its own it blurs all the discolorations around the eye area: red, grey, blue...Its formula is very thick and pigmented. For these days that you do a "no makeup makeup" and you want to make your eyes look more awake, this is your product. If you close it up very quickly after the application it will last you ages.
Kat Von D Tattoo Liner Trooper
I usually don't have time as I would like to mix different eyeshadows together, so my go to eye look is a feline black liner. I love a very good quality point to try to draw a precise sharp line and with this one, most of the times, I succeed in this not so easy task. I use a lot this brush-tip pen, its ink never creases on my eyelids, dries matte and it's long-lasting. What else can I ask for?
Giorgio Armani Eyes to Kill Mascara
This is my favorite mascara at the moment. With a classic thick brush and an incredible formula, your lashes will be fuller, longer and sexier.
Anastasia Beverly Hills Brow Wiz Soft Brown
This is the best brow pencil that you can possibly find. It is retractable and I don't know how they made it, but I actually never had to sharpen the tip and it never breaks. It is the most precise tool to define your eyebrows, the point is very thin and even if you aren't an expert in drawing impeccable eye brow arches, you will be pleasantly surprised by how easy will be to achieve a beautiful shape. The formula of this super thin stick is a dream, very pigmented and long wearing. Also, it has a spooled end to blend the product for a more natural finish.
Anastasia Beverly Hills Clear Brow Gel
I'm sorry to be redundant, but this Brow Gel is absolutely perfection to fix and set all the hairs in place. It is like hairspray for your brows. It stays in place all day and doesn't create particles like a sort of dandruff when the formula dries during the day. It is the perfect finishing touch for a polished look. I recommend you to try it, you won't be disappointed.
