Mermaid Makeup

During this Summer I've been enjoying doing this mesmeric eye look. Since I was a little girl I always wanted to be a mermaid. And who doesn't? It is one of the coolest legendary creatures, half human, half fish, always gorgeous and capable to seduce men with their impossible to resist magnetism and beauty. I was inspired by their tail to create this makeup, shades of blue, green and a hint of silver.

EYES:

When I do a strong eye look, I always start with this area, because I tend to use a lot of different eyeshadows, so I avoid the possible fallouts that ruin a perfect base.

Too Faced Natural Matte Eye Shadow:
Shades Heaven and Lace Teddy all over the lid
Shades Cashmere Bunny, Strapless and Honey Butter on the Crease
Shade Chocolate Cookie on the outer lid and blended on the outer crease in a "V" shape

NARS Dual Intensity Eyeshadow in the Shade Deep end (all over de Lid)

INGLOT Pure Pigment in the Shade 113 (Dab it on the center of the Lid with a humidified brush with M.A.C Fix+)

Make Up Forever Aqua XL Eye Pencil in the shade M-30 (I drew a fine line on the upper lash line).

Helena Rubinstein Mascara Lash Queen Sexy Blacks in the shade Scandalous
